About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Automotive Salesperson. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers in finding the right pre-owned vehicles to meet their needs and budget. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and understand their vehicle requirements and preferences.
- Provide information on available pre-owned vehicles, including features, specifications, and pricing.
- Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle capabilities to customers.
- Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their needs, budget, and preferences.
- Negotiate sales prices and terms with customers to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
- Coordinate with the finance department to secure financing options for customers.
- Complete all required paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
- Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and inventory to provide informed recommendations to customers.
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to achieve sales targets and objectives.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or automotive technology is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close sales effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in using computer software and applications.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
