About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Automotive Salesperson. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers in finding the right pre-owned vehicles to meet their needs and budget. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and understand their vehicle requirements and preferences.
  • Provide information on available pre-owned vehicles, including features, specifications, and pricing.
  • Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle capabilities to customers.
  • Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their needs, budget, and preferences.
  • Negotiate sales prices and terms with customers to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Coordinate with the finance department to secure financing options for customers.
  • Complete all required paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
  • Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and inventory to provide informed recommendations to customers.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and management to achieve sales targets and objectives.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or automotive technology is a plus.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to close sales effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in using computer software and applications.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Basic Mathematical Skills

Pay: $47,028.70 - $150,000.00 per year

  • Day shift
  • Evening shift
  • Weekends as needed

Supplemental Pay:
