We are pleased to announce new compensation rates for Direct Support Professionals:
$19.00-$21.50
*Must be med certified and driver eligible*
Increases based on:
- Experience: $0.25-$1.00 per hour
- Education: $0.50-$1.50 per hour
As a Direct Support Professional in the Day Hab, you will play a vital role in providing daily support for adults with Intellectual Developmental Disabilities. Your duties will include assisting individuals in reaching their potential through community integration, participating in program planning and training, and promoting independence and choice.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to document and track information, observe and give feedback, and work collaboratively as part of a team. They will also demonstrate a high level of integrity, honesty, and professionalism, with empathy, compassion, patience, and respect for individuals with IDD.
