Employment Type: Full time Shift: Rotating Shift Description: The Administrative Nursing Supervisor upholds the organization’s mission and values while ensuring compliance with all laws, patient safety plans, and hospital policies. This is a rotating shift normally requiring 7am-7pm twice per week and one 9am-9pm shift per week. Key Responsibilities: Promote a safe environment and minimize care-related hazards. Act as a resource for all hospital departments, providing solutions to complex problems and supporting staff decision-making. Communicate patient care concerns and employee performance updates to directors. Supervise and evaluate care, ensuring it aligns with patient needs and hospital policies. Coordinate daily operations, manage staffing, and address emergencies. Support staff through coaching, problem-solving, and promoting team spirit. Participate in orientation, staff meetings, and ongoing education. Ensure accurate documentation of services and supplies, including revenue-related processes if designated as a "Revenue Lead." Perform additional duties as assigned. Requirements: Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. BSN Preferred. Licensure: RN Indiana license. Experience: Minimum of 2 years hospital clinical nursing experience, management experience preferred. Other Job Requirements: Provides direct support and supervision to all departments as appropriate; Assists with direct patient care as required; Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate at all levels.
