Position: SQL Database Analyst

Compensation: $50 - $60 /hour

Location: Overland Park, Kansas

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Manage and maintain SQL databases to ensure optimal performance
  
• Develop and implement database solutions to improve business processes
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decisions
  
• Ensure data integrity and security across all database systems
  
• Analyze and resolve database issues in a timely manner
  
• Document database configurations and procedures
  
  
  

  Required Qualifications & Experience:

  
  
  
  
  
  • 5 to 7 years of experience as a SQL Database Administrator
    
  • Proficiency in SQL Server and related technologies
    
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
    
  • Experience in implementing technical solutions for business needs
    
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
    
    
    

    Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

    
    
    
    
    
    • Experience in the agriculture or crop insurance industry
      
    • Familiarity with database security best practices
      
    • Knowledge of business acumen in the agricultural sector
