- Identify, qualify, and pursue new B2B sales opportunities
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to delivery
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers
- Support senior sales reps in complex sales efforts
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and activities in CRM
- Prepare quotes, proposals, and order-related documentation
- Stay current on tech products, market trends, and industry shifts
- Collaborate with operations and logistics to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction
- Achieve and exceed individual activity and revenue targets
- 2 years of B2B sales experience either as a Sales Rep or an Account Exec - Account Exec or Account Manager experience not required
- Comfortable with both outbound prospecting and inbound lead management
- Bachelors Degree in Business or Related Discipline
- Commercially savvy and skilled at identifying business pain points and crafting value-based solutions
- Ambitious, results-oriented, and driven to be a top performer
- Collaborative team player aligned with mission-driven, sustainability-focused values
