Corrective Action Facilitation

- Drive root cause analysis (e.g., 5 Whys, Fishbone) and ensure actions are assigned, tracked, and closed out.
Data-Driven Improvement
- Translate observations and data into clear process gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Support the design and rollout of standard work, mistake-proofing, and flow improvements.
Frontline Partnership
- Work shoulder-to-shoulder with supervisors and leads to identify and eliminate friction in daily execution.
- Ensure feedback loops between operators and leadership are captured and acted upon.
Sustaining Change
- Follow through on corrective actions to validate that changes are working as intended.
- Build dashboards, visuals, and simple tools that promote operator engagement and ownership.
