What You Bring
- 5 years as a Superintendent managing industrial electrical projects
- Hands-on leadership and commitment to working in the field
- Time management, and ability to create production schedules to drive work
- Ability to be on site, we are not looking for our Supers to hide in the job trailer
- Strong communication with crews, GCs, subs, and inspectors
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on safety, quality, and performance
- Direct experience in Water/Wastewater is a major plus but not mandatory
What You’ll Do
- Lead field crews and oversee all job site activity
- Keep your project on time, on budget, and up to spec
- Work shoulder-to-shoulder with your team to knock out milestones
- Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders to remove roadblocks
- Champion a culture of safety, pride, and accountability
