Role Description
This is a contract role for a Service Desk Agent located on-site in San Diego, CA. The Service Desk Agent will handle day-to-day tasks such as managing and resolving technical support requests, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, providing timely and effective customer service, and ensuring the proper documentation of support activities. The agent will work closely with other IT team members to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
- Technical Support, Help Desk, and Troubleshooting skills
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
- Experience with Hardware and Software Maintenance
- Proficiency in Ticketing Systems and IT Documentation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A , ITIL, or Microsoft Certified Professional are a plus
- Previous experience in a similar role is desired
