Join our LNG client as an Associate, Finance – Houston, Texas
Are you ready to play a key role in driving multi-billion-dollar strategic financing at a leading LNG development company? We’re looking for a motivated Associate, Finance to join our team and contribute to critical financing initiatives that will define the company’s growth.
What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain detailed project finance models, including debt sculpting, DSCR/LLCR/PLCR analysis, multi-tranche waterfalls, and sensitivity scenarios.
- Analyze key commercial inputs such as feedgas supply, liquefaction capacity, EPC capex, construction schedules, and O&M structures.
- Prepare high-quality presentations and materials for senior management and the Board of Directors.
- Serve as a key point of contact in managing a multi-billion-dollar financing process.
- Partner across functions including Accounting, Legal, Regulatory, Construction, and Operations.
- Track, schedule, and prioritize external outreach with lenders, investors, and consultants.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of financial systems, templates, and processes.
- Support ad-hoc strategic initiatives and special projects as needed.
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration (MBA or CFA preferred).
- 2–4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate finance.
- Proficient in financial modeling and Microsoft Office; VBA/Python a plus.
- Skilled in preparing materials for senior management.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Experience in energy or infrastructure finance is a plus.
