What are the responsibilities and job description for the Product owner position at Infosys?

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.
- Extensive experience with Risk and compliance applications
- Strong domain knowledge in financial risk management covering market risk, credit risk and operational risk
- Proven SAFe Agile PO experience conversant with agile project management tools like Rally, Jira etc.
- Hands on with JIRA, Confluence, Visio and MS Office tools
- Experience with developing, adapting and communicating the vision for the product
- Experience with working as bridge between the delivery team, and the business stakeholders
- Understand the needs of the customer, the user and the company with respect to the product
- Gather feature requests from other business stakeholders and manage and prioritize them into a single backlog for the product
- Define and refine user stories with clear acceptance criteria
- Experience with actively participating in the sprint planning, backlog refinement and sprint review meetings
- Experience with creating and communicating the vision, value and priorities of the product and collaborate closely and constantly with the development team on delivery of product features
- Adept at preparing and prioritizing user stories for sprint planning and backlog refinement meetings
- Extensive experience of attending sprint planning, sprint review, backlog refinement meetings.
- Experience in use the standard market tools for backlog management
- At least 2 years of experience in working as a product owner
- At least 4 years of experience in creating requirement specifications based on Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes
- At least 3 years of experience in capturing requirements related to internal/external consulting, documenting, and mapping current business process
- At least 5 years of experience in Business Analysis Skills – Requirements analysis, Elicitation, Agile Methodologies
- Strong client-facing presentation and communication skills
- Strong understanding of common software development practices
- Analytical and Communication skills
- Planning and Co-ordination skills
- Experience with project management
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
