Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented WordPress Developer to design, implement, and manage websites using the WordPress platform. The ideal candidate will have experience with custom themes, plugins, and performance optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop responsive, user-friendly websites using WordPress.
- Customize existing themes and plugins as per requirements.
- Create custom plugins or functionalities when needed.
- Maintain, update, and troubleshoot existing WordPress websites.
- Ensure websites are optimized for performance, SEO, and accessibility.
- Integrate third-party APIs and services (e.g., Mailchimp, Stripe, HubSpot).
- Collaborate with designers, content creators, and project managers.
- Conduct cross-browser and device testing.
- Maintain proper documentation and code repositories (e.g., Git).
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in WordPress CMS, theme development, and plugin architecture.
- Strong experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL.
- Experience with page builders like Elementor, WPBakery, or Gutenberg.
- Familiarity with REST APIs and AJAX.
- Understanding of SEO best practices and accessibility standards.
- Experience with Git and version control systems.
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
