Inizio Engage has partnered with a specialty pharmaceutical company, to build a team of Virtual Engagement Representatives supporting pharmaceutical products. In this remote-based role, you will connect with primary care physicians, allergists, and ENTs to deliver impactful education and drive product awareness through digital channels.
This position is ideal for experienced sales professionals who thrive in a virtual environment and are confident in leading strategic, clinical conversations from a distance. You’ll play a critical role in expanding access to care for patients and help providers better understand a novel treatment option for a difficult-to-treat condition.

What will you be doing?
- Conduct virtual engagements with Primary Care Physicians, ENTs, and Allergists
- Build and manage relationships with HCPs through phone, video, and digital platforms
- Demonstrate strong clinical and therapeutic knowledge to support in-depth product discussions
- Execute strategic territory plans that drive reach, frequency, and brand impact in a virtual setting
- Maintain daily call productivity, accurate documentation, and CRM compliance
- Collaborate cross-functionally with regional field teams, marketing, and leadership to ensure alignment and information sharing
- Successfully complete all required product and compliance training
- Ensure communications comply with FDA regulations, client policies, and HIPAA privacy standards
- Contribute to overall team success by sharing insights and best practices
What do you need for this position?
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 1 years of experience sales or customer service in the healthcare industry
- Background in allergy, ENT, or respiratory therapeutic areas preferred
- Proven ability to understand and uncover customer needs through remote engagement
- Comfortable navigating multiple digital platforms to reach, inform, and influence HCPs
- Strong strategic thinking, organizational skills, and commercial drive
