Job Overview: We are seeking an Inventory Controller for stockkeeping in Injectech. This stockkeeping activity includes recording purchase and sale of items, counting balance items, generating stock reports, maintaining database records of all transactions, and maintaining safe stock levels.
Contract - 3 months: Temporary to be considered for a Permanent Position
Anticipated Close Date: May 31, 2024

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in logistics, business administration, or similar preferred.
- 1 years prior warehouse experience required.
- Forklift experience and certification.
- Good analytical and logistical thinking abilities.
- Exceptional collaboration and negotiation abilities.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ethical behavior.
Responsibilities:
- Monitors and maintains current inventory levels; rises and processes purchasing orders as required; tracks orders and investigates and solves problems.
- Records purchases made, maintain transactions in the database, regularly perform a physical inventory count, and reconciles actual stock count to computer-generated reports.
- Receives, unpacks, and delivers goods; re-stocks items as necessary; labels shelves. Improve space management.
- Generate, process and/or approves invoices for payment as per terms.
- Schedule and plan for the yearly stock count
- Check and process documents of business transactions as per established procedures.
- Performs routine clerical duties, including data entry, answering telephones, and assisting customers and other company staff.
- May serve as a cashier and handle cash and cash-related payments.
- May lead, guide, and train staff/student employees, interns, and/or volunteers performing related work; may participate in the recruitment of volunteers, as appropriate to the area of operation.
- Accept and document packages and deliveries made to the facility.
- Store items received in appropriate storage areas, documenting any changes.
- Prepare items for shipping, note item contents, delivery methods, and other logistical details.
- Identify and resolve shipping, storage, or receiving discrepancies as they arise.
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
- Maintain a clearly organized workspace.
Physical Requirements
- Is expected to sit, walk, or stand for 8 hours per day.
- Must be able to communicate verbally, be able to hear, and have clear and corrected vision for tasks that involve reading, writing, and working with small details.
- Have physical agility for tasks that involve bending, kneeling, or reaching.
- Have precise hand-eye coordination for tasks that involve handling small objects, tools, or machinery.
- Must be able to lift and/or move 30-80 lbs.
