Leading digital signage company located in Clarence, NY is looking to hire a tech-savvy individual with a customer-first attitude to join our on-site support help desk. The help desk offers phone and email support for inLighten’s custom digital media hardware and software solutions. Candidates should have good communication skills, possess strong troubleshooting abilities and a high attention to detail. Looking to add level 1 through level 3 representatives, pay scale based on experience and capabilities. Full-time, 8-5, Monday-Friday position with benefits package included.
