Assembler

Innova Solutions is immediately hiring an Assembler.

Position Type: Full time Contract, Temp to Direct

Duration: 06-12 Months

Location: Alpharetta, GA (Onsite)

As an Assembler, you will:

· Responsible for performing a wide variety of electronic or electro-mechanical assembly operations which may include skilled hand work or utilizing automated production equipment.

· Comprehends and interprets a variety of technical specifications, terms and documents.

· Determines and/or follows methods and sequence of operations in performing wiring, component installation, hand soldering and cable harnessing on assembly units.

· Makes setups and adjustments holding tolerances to blueprint specifications.

The ideal candidate will have:

· High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 6 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/associate degree with a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience.

· Previous Electronic Assembly Experience.

· Must have Soldering skills.

· CCA or SMT Assembly background [fine hand work experience]

· Computer Skills [Excel/ERP Systems]

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range*: $24-$28 per hour.

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
