As a Brand Associate, you will:
This position will support key strategic initiatives for the on-going development and execution of the unified and compelling Client at Work brand, including the brand strategy, positioning, value proposition and brand identity. Our goals are to build brand awareness, favorability, and consideration for the Client at Work ecosystem of workplace financial solutions with prospects and clients, as well as to educate, empower and equip our organization to be brand ambassadors in the marketplace. This position will report to the VP of Brand and will be part of the Client at Work Brand Team.
Principal areas of responsibility:
• Manage branding and rebranding efforts and initiatives to ensure our internal teams are ‘on-brand’ and all brand assets evolve to the Client at Work brand and brand guidelines
• Manage and continue to update our brand library, including our illustrations and photography library, templates, and guidelines to ensure it’s meeting the needs of our business and marketing partners
• Manage and update our Client at Work internal sites with key brand and campaign materials
• Provide direction to internal teams on brand strategy for campaigns, events, digital experience, etc.
• Contribute to the development of the campaign strategy, asset creation and execution, both internally and externally
• Steward brand projects from kick-off through legal review and activation (for example, product naming)
• Collaborate with other Wealth Management and Firmwide teams to ensure connectivity and integration across brands
• Work on special projects across Wealth Management Marketing, as needed
• Develop compelling presentations in .PPT that tell a clear story – answering specific briefs, showcasing our work, etc.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $45.00- $48.50 per hour.
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
