Veterinary Client Service Representative

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Providing excellent customer service for our clients and their pets
- Answering phone calls and assisting clients with scheduling appointments and pet questions
- Checking clients in and out and ensuring all needs have been met
- Patient handling and restraint
- Entering and updating client information and patient records
- Responding to or forwarding E-mails
- Tackling other projects as assigned (with a smile, as always!)
Here is What You May Bring to the Position:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must be reliable and trustworthy
- Must be a bright, friendly, and effective communicator in order to communicate with clients, visitors, veterinarians and hospital staff. (It’s okay if you talk to animals, too!)
- Must be available to work some weekends
- Must have a pleasant presence on the phone and the ability to manage numerous calls
- Must be able to stand, walk, sit and move freely for extended periods of time
- Pets of your own (empathy vs. sympathy)
- 2 years of client-facing customer service experience and/or 1 year of veterinary experience is preferred

Salary : $26,000 - $32,900
