Inova Loudoun Hospital - Cath Lab is looking for a dedicated Interventional Radiology Technologist 2 to join the outpatient Cardiology teams located in Loudoun, VA. This role will be a Full Time Day Shift. Sign-on Bonus & Relocation assistance eligible.

Interventional Radiology Technologist 2 Job Responsibilities:
- Assists RNs to accurately explain procedures to patients and families to ease anxiety.
- Anticipates procedure flow and works with other team members to produce the highest quality care.
- Demonstrates proficiency in imaging modalities in Cardiovascular and Interventional Radiology such as digital, laser printing, and cut film.
- Showcases an advanced knowledge of sterile techniques while assisting and supporting interventional radiologists during procedures.
- Demonstrates proper technique for injection of IV contrast, or other test-enhancing solution, under the guidelines of the American College of Radiology (ACR).
Minimum Qualifications:
- Education: Graduate of an accredited school of Radiography
- License: American Registered Radiologic Technologists registry in Vascular Interventional (VI), Cardiovascular (CV) or Cardiovascular Interventional (CI) as well as American Registered Radiologic Technologists registry in Radiography.
- Certification: Basic Life Support from the American Heart Association. Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support from the American Heart Association.
- Experience: 1 year of work experience as a Cardiovascular Interventional Radiology Technologist
