Job Description:
Administrative Assistant needed for a 3–6 month onsite contract at a large energy manufacturing plant in Geismar, LA. This role supports the Plant Manager and leadership team with scheduling, document management, reporting, and general administrative tasks. Requires 3 years of administrative experience, strong Microsoft Office skills, and comfort with scheduling. Experience with supply chain, purchasing, and reading/handling POs is a plus. Onsite 5 days/week. Pay range: $20–25/hr depending on experience. Potential for extension, not guaranteed.
