JOB DESCRIPTION
One of our largest financial clients is looking for an Agile Delivery Lead. They will serve as Agile Delivery Lead and lead scrum teams on mid sized initiatives independently, interact with senior stakeholders (VP/SVP) with product design, delivery. Partner with the Data Management and Analytics Teams to fill gaps on analysis and documentation and to ensure technology solutions adhere to data quality requirements and meet stakeholder reporting objectives. Collaborate with product owner, technical leads and quality assurance leads to ensure effective cross-project communication and issue/risk management. Align with Product Analyst and Product Manager to define and deliver roadmap. Preform dimensional fit / gap analysis between current and future state technology solutions to support acquisition programs and evaluate vendor solutions. Develop data flow diagrams for processes that will support the technical design, build processes, and business process redesigns. Collaborate with solution integrators and external consultants on technology projects throughout the duration of an implementation by reviewing and providing feedback on project artifacts, helping coordinate meetings with stakeholders and testing new functionality. Provide demonstrations of and documentation for new features in the system/software. Actively participate in process improvement initiatives to enable operational efficiency. Transition all new technology solutions to the Production Operations and Support Teams. Provide Mentorship to Associate / Analyst on career progression.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- 4 year college degree or equivalent work experience
- 4 total years experience with exposure to 2 different roles working in SDLC (Dev, BA, QA, UI/UX, PO )
- 2 years experience with a Project Manager or Scrum Master responsibilities
- Expert knowledge of Agile Framework and Scrum
- Expert knowledge of a technical area or strong technical acumen
- Demonstrated expertise of identifying and mitigating risks
- Demonstrated an ability to significantly improve technical or methodology processes
- Experience identifying risk items and escalating accordingly
- Routinely makes decisions in the gray (needs direction and some details)
- Routinely influences without authority across multiple disciplines
