Required Skills & Experience

• 3-5 years of experience as an Administrator
• 3-5 years of leadership experience managing at least 30
• Previous experience in an Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) or similar environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with staff and physicians.
• Experience in business development, marketing to physicians, and relationship building.
• Proactive, extroverted, strong communication skills, forward-thinking

• Background, education or degree in finance
