What are the responsibilities and job description for the Application System Analyst position at Insight Global?
Insight Global is looking for an Applications System Analyst or ASA I for its local government client to join its ERP team. The ERP Team supports our Ellucian Banner ERP system. Banner has an Oracle database and is usually seen in higher ed environments. The ERP team provides application support to the Clerk of Courts, the Sheriff's Office, the Tax Collector, the Supervisor of Elections, and the Board staff. The development work is usually for custom reporting, custom modules, or interfaces. This is a team consists of a team lead and two development positions. The responsibilities of this role include participating in weekly team meetings, writing reports, working on the interface, providing support for departments relating, but not limited to finance or time sheets. About 40% of the day would be customer service oriented and the other 60% would be finding issues or coding. The ASA or ASA I would ideally work through the promotional path to one day support the team as an ASA III.
Salary : $60,000 - $80,000
