What are the responsibilities and job description for the Call Center Representative position at Insight Global?
Insight Global is looking for an inbound call center representative to support an accounts receivable management company in Bonita Springs, FL. This person is required to work onsite Tuesday-Thursday and remote Monday and Friday. This will be a 3-6 month contract to start, but does have the ability for extension based on performance. The maximum starting pay is between 19.00 to 20.00/hr based on experience. The Call Center Representative will handle a high volume of inbound calls and should seek to create a positive experience for each caller.
Qualifications:
- 1 year of call center experience, primarily handing inbound calls
- Experience with high volume calls - 50 per day
- Strong customer service skills
