Title: Construction Estimator
Location: Nashville, TN 37208
Shift: 1st, M-F
Pay: $110-$140K
An employer in Nashville TN is looking for a permanent direct-hire Estimator/Project Manager to join their growing team for a 100% on-site role. This salary budgeted for this position begins at 110K annually. We are looking for an experienced individual who has experience within the estimating space, specifically with large automotive plants. The role does include some function of a traditional Project Manager. This employers self-performs all initial concrete foundation work, that experience is highly preferred. In addition, this a newer facility and connections with subcontractors is also highly preferred.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- 4-year degree in construction management or similar (HIGHLY PREFFERED)
- 5 years' experience as commercial estimator, primarily within the "heavy industrial space" (ie: manufacturing plants)
- Prior experience estimating ground up, including initial concrete foundation work

- Automotive build experience
