Advanced Drainage Systems is looking for a Corporate Travel Manager who will oversee and manage the travel program for their entire company. This person will be responsible for optimizing travel policies, ensuring cost-efficiency, and delivering a seamless travel experience for employees across all departments. They will also be responsible for collaborating with internal stakeholders, external travel vendors, and travel management agencies to develop best practices that align with corporate objectives and operational needs.
Key Responsibilities :
Oversee day to day management of the corporate travel system.
Lead strategy and execution of travel policies to make sure they align with organizational goals, standards, and cost saving initiatives.
Develop, implement, and improve corporate travel strategy with emphasis on cost optimization, employee experience, and sustainability.
Track and report travel data using key performance indicators.
Act as primary point of contact for all travel related inquiries and provide support for any escalated travel issues.
Manage meeting / events and contract negotiations for such events.
Provide support for Concur system updates and training.
Stay up to date with travel trends and innovations that can improve overall travel experience.
Use travel data and analytics to generate reports and insights that inform travel decisions and identify opportunities for cost reduction.
Monitor travel policy compliance across the organization and handle non-compliance cases, as necessary.
Manage relationships with travel management companies, airlines, hotel chains, car rental companies, and other vendors to ensure the company receives top service.
