What are the responsibilities and job description for the Desktop Support Technician position at Insight Global?
Insight Global is looking for two Desktop Support/Helpdesk candidates to support a large enterprise level environment. You will be taking in calls from end users regarding technical support and troubleshooting issues. You will be required to go onsite for this role.

Desired Skills and Experience:
· 3-4 Years experience as a Desktop Support Technician
· 0-1 Years experience working with Geek Squad or any other tech company
· Ability to problem solve, great customer service and communication skills
· GEEK SQUAD or Computer Science Background (preferred)
For the junior desktop support role, our client is looking for someone fresh out of school or with little to no experience. This candidate should have a computer science or equivalent background.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
