- Previous commercial space experience
- Proven track record of building and leading high-performing recruiting teams
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and modern recruiting tools
- Strong understanding of talent acquisition metrics and analytics
- Strong understanding of how Talent Acquisition intersects with both HR and the broader business

They will bring a passion for innovation, a deep understanding of recruiting best practices, and a proven ability to build and scale high-performing teams. This person will report onsite M-F in Cedar Park, TX.
