Title: Director of Cash Applications

Location: Camden NJ 08103

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8AM-4:30PM (will have hybrid flexibility after 90 days)

Type of Engagement: PERM (direct hire)

Salary Range: $130,000 - $160,000 per year

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, accounting or related field (master's degree preferred)
• 5 years of managerial experience for a multihospital health system; proven ability to manage and lead a team
• Extensive knowledge of the cash application and revenue cycle process
• Strong Analytical and financial reporting skills

Job Description:

One of Insight Global’s healthcare clients in Camden, NJ is seeking a Director of Cash Applications. This role involves overseeing all cash application processes, including posting, refunds, and reconciliation for a multihospital health system. Key responsibilities include designing and developing financial reports, collaborating with internal and external partners (IT, Finance, banking), and implementing strategies to reduce costs and streamline expenditures. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in the revenue cycle process, with strong analytical and financial reporting skills. They will also need to monitor employee productivity, maintain HR files, and address technical and payer issues. The Director will manage a team of approximately 15, handle onboarding, and provide training support to new staff.
