About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Electronic Security Supervisor to lead large-scale commercial and federal security installation projects. This role involves overseeing teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring high-quality installation of advanced security systems in mission-critical environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage large security installation projects (non-residential).
- Oversee installation of network cameras, access control systems, and intrusion detection systems.
- Develop and implement commissioning plans and procedures for security systems.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure installations meet design specifications and compliance standards.
- Provide technical guidance and support to technicians and project managers.
- Track project deadlines and coordinate schedules to meet customer requirements.
- Assign and schedule technicians for daily tasks to ensure timely completion.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3 years as a lead or supervisor on large-scale security installation projects.
- Hands-on experience installing network cameras, access control, and intrusion detection systems.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects in commercial or federal environments.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Lenel Access Control and CCTV systems.
- Familiarity with other enterprise-level security platforms.
