Day-to-Day:
Insight Global's client is seeking a strategic leader in executive recruitment, responsible for managing a portfolio of complex leadership searches from initial strategy calls through to successful close, spanning multiple business units. Partnering closely with senior leaders, the role translates organizational priorities into tailored executive recruiting strategies. Acting as a consultative talent advisor, the individual provides market intelligence, competitive insights, and data-driven recommendations to influence hiring decisions at the highest levels. A key focus is on developing and executing proactive sourcing strategies using platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday, and other tools to build and maintain robust pipelines of AVP, VP, and SVP talent. This role involves managing and maintaining relationships with retained search firms and other agencies, as well as collaborating cross-functionally with internal HR Business Partners, Compensation, and other stakeholders for seamless execution.
Compensation:
$80k to $142k per year annual salary.
