We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Filing Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in both physical and digital document management, including scanning and filing documents. This role is crucial for maintaining the efficiency and accuracy of our records.
Key Responsibilities :
Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems.
Scan, index, and archive documents accurately.
Retrieve files as requested by staff for various purposes.
Ensure all documents are filed in the correct locations.
Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
Perform regular audits of the filing system to ensure accuracy.
Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
Compensation : 17 / hr to $19 / hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and / or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

Proven experience as a Filing Clerk or in a similar role.
Proficiency with scanning equipment and document management software.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Salary : $17 - $19
