Position: Front Desk Receptionist
Location: Ponte Vedra, FL 32081
$20-$22 Hourly Based On Experience
Duration: 2 Month Contract with Possible Extension

Desired Skills/Experience:
- 3 years of experience of Front Desk/ Administrative Assistant experience
- Clerical Experience including email correspondences, handling mail, coordinating conference rooms and meetings
- Experience handling travel arrangements and assisting with mail outs to vendors
- Experience supporting office manager and maintaining inventory of office supplies
- Receiving visitors and greeting clients in person or via phone
Day to Day:
The Front Desk Receptionist’s duties include offering administrative support across the organization, welcoming guests and greeting people who visit the business, and coordinating front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls.
Our ideal candidate has a solid customer service background and is able to manage various administrative tasks in a timely manner.
- Ultimately, a successful Front Desk Receptionist should ensure our office’s front desk provides professional and friendly service to our customers.
