Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or technology environment.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Nice to Have Skills and Experience
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred but not required.

Insight Global is seeking a proactive and experienced Human Resources Generalist in Brookfield, WI to join our customer who is a designer and manufacturer of life-safety systems that serve healthcare, senior living, and educational environments. This mid-level role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about supporting employees and driving HR initiatives. The HR Generalist will play a key role in employee relations, talent acquisition, benefits administration, compliance, and performance management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Support recruitment efforts including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Administer employee benefits programs and assist with annual open enrollment.
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Manage employee relations issues and conduct investigations as needed.
- Support performance management processes including reviews and goal setting.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRIS systems.
- Coordinate training and development initiatives.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.
Salary : $60,000 - $80,000
