- Duration: 12 month contract to hire
- Pay: $30-38/hr, converting between $65-80k
Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, IT or Project Management or related fields
• Minimum of 2 years work experience leading software implementations, performing product support
• Experience working with an inventory product platform (Not necessary but helpful)
• Experience with end-user customer support and system administration • Excellent oral and written communication skills to interact effectively with field users, product teams and management group
• Ability to work and communicate independently; and demonstrated ability to use good judgement
• Experience with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools
• Experience working with development teams and using support ticketing system(s)
• Experience selling technology solutions to management and end-users is a plus
