Insight Global is seeking an IT Asset Management Analyst II to support one of our large healthcare clients. This role helps manage hardware and software assets across the organization, ensuring inventory accuracy, compliance, and alignment with IT best practices. You’ll work closely with the IT Asset Manager, support teams, and vendors to maintain a secure and efficient asset environment.
Day to Day:
- Support day‑to‑day hardware and software asset management activities
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure monthly/annual reconciliation
- Track approved software, licenses, and compliance requirements
- Help mitigate security and legal risks related to asset use
- Gather business requirements and review existing asset environments
- Partner with cross‑functional teams and external vendors
- Utilize ServiceNow for asset tracking and ITIL processes
Must Haves:
- 3–5 years of IT Asset Management or Warehouse Inventory Management experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Strong knowledge of: ServiceNow, Microsoft Office Suite, Office365, OneDrive, Teams, Windows 10, Android OS & iOS, Intune
- Familiarity with ITIL Service Management (ITIL v3 certification preferred)
Preferred:
- Hardware asset management certifications (CHAMP, CSAM, CITAD, or equivalent)
- Bilingual communication skills
- ITIL v3 certification
