Insight Global is seeking an Insurance Follow up Representative to support a Health Care System in Chattanooga, Tennessee. This individual will be responsible for researching and resolving unpaid accounts, following up with insurance payers, reporting and investigating trends in reimbursement and denials, and documenting all activities accordingly.

- Revenue Cycle related work experience
- Medical Billing experience or certification
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- General knowledge of medical insurance, clinic operations, payer contract, and insurance follow up
- Customer Service skills and experience
