A residential care facility in Anacortes, WA is seeking compassionate and reliable Med Techs with CNA or HCA certification to join its team. This is a great opportunity to provide hands-on care and support to residents in a warm, community-focused environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, toileting, and hygiene assistance
• Administer medications and provide reminders as needed
• Assist residents with mobility and transportation
• Monitor and report changes in condition; document incidents and updates
• Offer emotional support and empathetic care to promote resident well-being

Requirements:

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Care Aide (HCA) certification
• Prior experience in assisted living, skilled nursing, or a similar care setting
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset

Available Shifts:

• Med Tech | Evening Shift | 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM | Thursday–Monday
• Pay Range: $22.50–$25.25/hr
• CNA/Driver (Hybrid) | Day Shift | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM | Monday–Friday
• Pay Rate: $22.50/hr
• Med Tech (Part-Time) | Day Shift | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM | Sunday & Monday
• Pay Range: $22.50–$25.25/hr
• Med Tech (Part-Time) | Night Shift | 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM | Friday & Saturday
• Pay Range: $22.50–$25.25/hr $2/hr shift differential
• Med Tech | Evening Shift | 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM | Monday–Thursday
• Pay Range: $22.50–$25.25/hr
