Working closely with Test and Manufacturing Engineering teams, the technician will support both ongoing production and new product introductions by identifying failure trends, implementing corrective actions, and training operators on proper testing and troubleshooting methods. This role requires a strong technical background in electronics, hands-on experience with SMT rework to IPC standards, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
