Insight Global is seeking a sharp Product Marketing Manager to join a dynamic start-up that provides cloud-based, AI-powered software for professional photographers. This is a full-time, permanent role with excellent benefits and competitive salary, and is onsite 5 days per week in San Jose, CA.
In this role, the Product Marketing Manager will lead the strategy and execution for the company's SaaS product offering, which is a photography software platform.
This PMM will deliver success in three key areas:
- Grow revenue for the company's newly launched software by focusing on customer acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization
- Improve product roadmaps by serving as the voice of the customer
- Align and enable internal teams to tell the right story about the company
In addition to the above, day-to-day responsibilities are as follows:
- Define market positioning within the professional photography software platform space
- Craft compelling product positioning, messaging, and user experience for approximately 10 product apps, bundles offerings with the product management team
- Develop marketing content, including web pages, videos, creatives, tutorials, FAQs and assist channel marketers with creatives, blogs, social media content
- Lead go-to-market (GTM) process to support new product launches and ongoing marketing efforts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, design, marketing, analytics, and customer support to influence product development and ensure that customer feedback is integrated into product improvements
- Orchestrate educational programs (webinars, content marketing campaigns, in person events, product demos, trade shows) that inspire our target audience and help facilitate product education and trials
- Conduct customer interviews and gather feedback to understand pain points and customer needs, which can inform product development and marketing strategies
- Deliver product analytics to identify opportunities to optimize user flow, including free trials starts and conversions, engagement and retention, and customer lifetime value
- Coordinate with the product team to implement on-site and off-site SEO best practices to maximize organic traffic for Zno Cloud
Required skills and experience:
- 3-5 years of product marketing experience in a SaaS, web platform, AI, or photography space
- Experience growing new products from scratch and taking products from 0 to 1
- Strong understanding of targeting microbusinesses, small businesses
- 3 years of prior experience in a KPI-driven envrionment
- Interest or prior experience in the photography space
- Ability to travel up to 15%
Salary : $80,000 - $125,000
