Product specialist

Job Description

The role of the Product Specialist (Consultant) is responsible for handling inquiries and responding in a professional manner to clients and financial advisors regarding annuities and investments with Delaware Life.

This position will have access to on-line resources, systems, training materials, peers and various support teams. Delaware Life is committed to providing a high level of client service that meets our service level agreements while educating the client accurately on our products, procedures and regulations.

This position must be client focused : making sure that each client's needs are fully understood and taking the appropriate action to meet and exceed their expectations.

Skills and Requirements

• Series 6 license
• 2 or more years of client service experience
• Experience in Financial Services and / or insurance * Strong knowledge of annuity products
• BA / BS degree preferred, or equivalent experience required null
