Demonstrate strong understanding of the supported domain and conduct deep analysis
of the problem space. Define process end-to-end and drive improvements for maximum

• Work experience in Project Management with a demonstrated track record of delivering

business value using technology solutions in high-tech operations space.

• Review operational challenges and help determine process efficiencies.
• Elicit detailed business requirements by engaging the business to capture clear

functional design artifacts using techniques like use cases, systems and data diagrams
and process flow diagrams.

• Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, and balance business needs vs

technical constraints.

• Build productive relationships across program teams & organization leaders, influence

stakeholders, cross-functional/partner teams to gain buy-in and resources for undefined
areas.

• Work with stakeholders and peers to identify next half, next year roadmap deliverables

for your assigned program.

• Take ownership of workstreams and execute programs independently.

• Prior experience with instructional design
• Experience content management and content delivery.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills across a wide range of technical and

non-technical stakeholders; demonstrated attention to detail.

ability to focus under pressure.

• Be independent and thorough in examination and analysis, alongside results oriented.

Ability to drive projects end-to-end independently.

• Degree in Project Management, Business Analysis, Digital Marketing or a related

discipline.

• Consulting Experience is a plus
• Knowledge of video creation, LMS and content writing.
• Experience in program management, change management, policy, and strategic

communication

ISOS (Infrastructure Services & Operations Support) is a central organization of technical
program managers that supports multiple data center and engineering teams. We support
product development across a variety of areas such as infrastructure capacity demand & supply
management, data center maintenance, server & network repair, construction project controls,
power management etc.
We are looking for a Technical Project Manager with strong skills and experience in driving
programs focused on building educational content creation and elearn management. A strong
candidate will have working familiarity or experience building educational content both written
and video, instructional design support and will be required to work across domains to connect
processes together to develop a global framework. You should be a self-starter, a team player,
and a creative problem solver who is able to switch easily between detailed work and high-level
strategic thinking.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $105,000.00 - $135,200.00 per year
