Location: Hybrid in Minneapolis, MN (2-3x per week)

JOB DESCRIPTION
An employer is looking for a highly skilled contract hybrid recruiter to join one of our largest national general contractor clients. This role is located in Minneapolis, and requires that you go on site 2-3 days a week in their downtown Minneapolis location. This team is looking to hire a few contract recruiters to assist with screening and vetting candidates for their college internship program. Any prior experience working within sourcing and recruiting will help you be successful on this team. This is currently approved for a 4 month contract, however could extend longer based on performance and budget availability.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
-Prior experience actively sourcing and recruiting
-Go getter personality, interest in moving up within an enterprise level organization
-Ability to go on site to their downtown Minneapolis location 2-3 days / week
-Team player
NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
-Prior experience utilizing Workday
-Prior experience identify construction focused talent
-Prior experience vetting intern level candidates
