What are the responsibilities and job description for the Recruiter position at Insight Global?
Day-to-Day:
- Provide full cycle nationwide recruiting to clients in a wide variety of positions and across multiple industries, from entry to executive level
- Serve as market expert on talent acquisition with clients and internal business partners, while also focusing candidate engagement
- Work with hiring managers/clients to create compelling job advertisements focused on company branding
- Collaborate with clients to define position requirements and establish recruiting strategies that yield the best pool of talent
- Implement effective and innovative techniques for identifying new talent including internet searches, social media, and networking
- Develop meaningful partnerships with clients strengthened by providing regular updates on activity, understanding/interpretation of local job market and making candidate recommendations
- Act as subject matter experts on national-to-local job markets, recruitment management systems, advertisements, sourcing, and strategic planning
- Regularly coach and mentor hiring managers on how to identify successful hires and increase retention
- Deliver results as measured by KPI’s focused around placement success, time in process, and client/candidate satisfaction
Desired Skills and Experience:
- At least 3-5 years of agency and/or corporate recruitment experience required
- Successful track record in volume or specialized hiring for full lifecycle recruiting in a consultative environment
- Expert knowledge of candidate assessment and screening with an emphasis on direct sourcing of passive talent
- Experience with technology tools and digital platforms, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Candidate Relationship Management (CRM), job boards, professional & social networking sites
- Strong client relationship skills, including proficiency in prioritizing critical issues, delivering feedback, and managing workflow
- Possess strong consulting, relationship management, and negotiation skills
Ability to organize, set priorities, follow up quickly, manage multiple deadlines, oversee projects, influence without authority, and drive for desired results
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour
