This person will play a vital role in supporting a client company’s fire alarm, fire protection, and security services by managing service contract renewals and driving customer retention. This position involves proactively engaging with clients to ensure timely renewals, re-estimating contracts to reflect current service needs and pricing, and resolving any customer concerns prior to renewal deadlines. The coordinator is responsible for maintaining a high renewal rate, tracking contract timelines, and identifying opportunities to expand service offerings. Strong communication, organizational skills, and a customer-focused mindset are essential, along with experience in customer service or sales. Familiarity with fire protection systems is a plus.REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE- 2 Years of experience dealing with contracts.This includes, increasing contract length, reviewing contract integrity, data migration, and outbound calls for renewals.- Strong written and verbal communication.- Prior administrative and basic outbound phone sales experience.Compensation:$20/hr to $24/hr.Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
