Job Description
We’re looking for a Secret‑cleared Scrum Master to join our team in Huntsville and support a fast‑paced, mission‑driven environment. In this role, you’ll work closely with our software and systems teams to keep our lab environments running smoothly while helping drive Agile practices across the project.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and maintain lab and mini‑node configurations, including adding, removing, and updating RPM modules for testing.
- Run lab sessions to test new software capabilities and handle daily log file management.
- Build scenarios and input files to evaluate specific system conditions and software behaviors.
- Trace messages between different parts of the software to verify the system is functioning as intended.
- Investigate issues discovered during lab runs, document your findings, and provide logs to the development team.
- Obtain and maintain a Security certification to support privileged user access requirements.
- Support daily Scrum meetings and contribute to team collaboration.
Required Skills and Experience
- A STEM degree
- Active Secret Clearance
- Background in systems engineering or software development
- Experience with C , Java, or Ada
- Scripting experience (any language)
Nice to Have Skills and Experience
- Current Security certification
- Experience working with the Missile Defense Agency (MDA)
- Background with applications involving GUIs, logic/math‑heavy solutions, or Linux environments
- Familiarity with Linux GUI tools like Eclipse or GPS
Salary : $110,000 - $130,000
