What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Web Designer position at Insight Global?
3 years of UX / UI product design experience.
B2B SaaS experience preferred - at a minimum must be able to work in a highly complex domain.
Proven ability to translate business and user problems into understandable solutions.
Demonstrated understanding of user-centered design skills, trends, and disciplines as well as high attention to detail.
Expert knowledge of design tools like Figma and ability to work across multiple levels of fidelity.
Experience working with Agile and / or Lean UX environments.
Well-rounded presentation skills and verbal and written communication
Portfolio that demonstrates high quality design work with examples of producing clarity from ambiguity.
Comfort with complexity, and the ability to prioritize and make trade-offs that balance user needs, design quality, and business realities.
Compensation : $50-$55 / hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and / or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
Salary : $50 - $55
