JOB DESCRIPTION
The Site Superintendent will oversee daily HVAC renovation and retrofit projects at UMass Amherst, ensuring smooth coordination of contractors, schedules, and site logistics. This role involves leading planning meetings, updating project timelines, and managing material flow in active campus environments. Success in this position requires strong HVAC/MEP knowledge, a proactive and solution-oriented mindset, and the ability to work independently in client-facing situations. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite is essential. A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required; a degree is preferred but not mandatory.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License (CSL) 5 years of experience as a site superintendent Experience with HVAC renovations MEP engineering experience

Salary : $80,000 - $92,000
