Position: Sr. Staff Accountant
Duration: PERM
Salary: $90,000 - $130,000 base salary
Bonus Structure:

Location: Concord, NC 28262 – 5 days onsite (strict requirement here)

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in public accounting and/or accounting within a manufacturing company
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA, CFA, or other relevant certifications are highly desirable
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience working within an ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics 365 or SAP) – ex. Reviewing production data, configuring cost models within excel and transferring them into an ERP, as well as forecasting
- Understanding of the production work process, including the ability to describe the production order process and procurement cycle from start to finish
- Strong experience performing Excel functions, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft D365 (ERP System)
- Experience in creating dashboards using Power BI or similar tools.
- Public accounting experience and CPA certification
Responsibilities:
- Utilize Microsoft D365 as the ERP system, along with Excel and Power BI, to review production data, production models, configure cost models, and conduct forecasting
- Analyze and review forecasts and data models using Power BI
- Develop budgets in Excel and integrate them with the ERP system
- Build business models and perform ROI analysis on various scenarios in Excel
- Act as a project manager/business analyst in meeting with cross functional teams including production, GL, procurement, manufacturing

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to ensure accuracy and adherence to accounting standards.

- Tax Compliance: Manage tax filings and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations.

- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement financial strategies that drive business growth and profitability.
- Team Leadership: Mentor 2 junior accountants, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- System Implementation: Evaluate and implement financial systems and software to streamline operations and enhance reporting capabilities.
Qualifications:
