About the role:
We are seeking a System Administrator to join our large financial client in Evansville, IN. This role will help manage both cloud and server infrastructure environments, build and maintain their Active Directory, and support project-based initiatives. It is important that this candidate to have scripting experience, specifically in PowerShell, Python or Ansible, to be successful in this role. Our client is ideally looking for a candidate around 3 to 5 years of experience, so they can grow within the company as they begin to explore AI and AIOps to enhance DevOps capabilities.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience as a System Administrator or adjacent field
- Networking experience; ideally within VMWare, SD Wan, or Azure Gateway
- Scripting experience in 1 of the following: PowerShell, Python or Ansible
- Ability to work cross functionally across the organization and display strong communication skills
- Exposure to technologies such as ServiceNow, Confluence, Jira and Git are nice to have
Compensation: $35/hour to $45/hour. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
