Insight Global is seeking a Talent Sourcing Advisor for a large oil and gas company here in Houston, Texas.
The Talent Sourcing Advisor is a strategic partner within the Talent Acquisition team, responsible for proactively identifying, engaging, and nurturing top talent to meet current and future workforce needs. This role leverages advanced sourcing tools, AI-driven platforms, and data-informed strategies to build strong pipelines for hard-to-fill positions while conducting labor market research to guide sourcing priorities. The Advisor utilizes ATS, CRM, and automation technologies to optimize workflows, track sourcing performance, and maintain healthy candidate pipelines. Through personalized outreach and effective engagement, this role promotes a positive candidate experience, reinforces the employer brand, and manages the employee referral process from intake to submission. Collaborating closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR, the Advisor defines ideal candidate profiles, shares market insights, and supports DE&I initiatives with targeted sourcing efforts. Additionally, the Talent Sourcing Advisor remains current on sourcing trends, compliance requirements, and best practices while contributing to continuous improvement, workforce planning, and knowledge-sharing across the Talent Acquisition function.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, or talent acquisition
• Certifications in sourcing or recruitment (e.g., AIRS, SHRM, LinkedIn Recruiter) are a plus
• Experience in global or multi-site sourcing environments is desirable
• Advanced research and Boolean search skills
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision-making
• Familiarity with AI sourcing tools, ATS/CRM, and social media platforms
This role is a 12-month contract with extension or conversion to full-time and offering a hourly pay rate anywhere from $68 - $72.20 per hour.
